Our client, a globally respected architectural practice, is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Regional Director to lead operations across Asia. Based in Bangkok, this pivotal role will oversee strategic growth, operational excellence, and client engagement throughout the region. The successful candidate will act as the key representative of the practice in Asia, ensuring the highest standards of design delivery while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operations across Asia, aligning with the firm's global vision.
* Lead and manage regional offices and project teams, ensuring operational efficiency and design excellence.
* Drive business development initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, developers, government entities, and industry stakeholders.
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is completed to the highest international standards, within budget, and on schedule.
* Identify growth opportunities in emerging Asian markets and position the practice as a leader in the region.
* Mentor, develop, and inspire senior leadership and design teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
* Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and client presentations, enhancing the firm's profile in Asia.
* Work closely with global leadership to ensure seamless integration of regional strategy with international operations.

* Proven track record of delivering high-profile, complex projects across multiple sectors (commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, or master planning).
* Exceptional client-facing and business development skills, with established networks across Asia.
* Strong operational and financial management capabilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Fluency in English is essential; additional Asian languages highly advantageous.
