Kinetic is working with a leading medical device company who are hiring a product specialist to be based in Tunisia.

Main responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Achieving sales revenue, objectives and targets for assigned products.
• Dealing with customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
• Identifying product improvements.
• Prepare and implement client visit plans.
• Providing customer training and support.
• Conducting market research and analysing industry trends.

Requirements

• Only candidates currently based in Tunisia/Sfax will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as nurse, trainer, or clinical specialist within the medical devices industry.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own car.
• Strong commercial acumen with good understanding of healthcare landscape in Tunisia.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
