Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client a global payment specialist is looking for a number of research experts for research activity in North Africa.

The overall objective of the study is to define the level of financial inclusion in Tunisia and the demand for financial services among the adult population.

- Description of all population profiles: the ones using financial services and those who don’t
- Identification of barriers and levers for utilizing financial products and services & assessment of financial literacy

Requirements

- Bachelor degree, with specialization similar to the project subject
- Good mastery of French and Arabic (written and spoken)
- At least 8 years’ experience in market studies
- 5 years’ experience in managing market study teams of at least 8 people
- Experience in overseeing at least 2 market studies in developing countries
- Experience in at least 2 projects where consultant has proven his ability to negotiate and solve conflicts
- Experience in at least 2 projects where consultant has run quality control tests on the ground
