Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking for a number of research individuals to join a project in North Africa.

Overall objective of the study is to define the level of financial inclusion within the region and the demand for financial services among the adult population.

The main responsibilities include:
- Description of all population profiles: the ones using financial services and those who don’t
- Identification of barriers and levers for utilizing financial products and services & assessment of financial literacy

Requirements

- Master degree level in social science or similar to project area of expertise
- Languages spoken: excellent mastery of French is mandatory –English also would be optimal – Arabic is a plus
- Strong experience in field research: 10 years
- At least 5 years in team management projects with multiple stakeholders
- At least 5 years of international experience (out of home country/country of residency), ideally within MENA region
- Experience in managing at least 2 field studies (including questionnaire design and sample definition)
- Experience in managing at least 1 study about financial services in an emerging country
