Business Analyst

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Acting as business analyst for Commercial Cards products related projects.
• Work with the regional and global product teams to ensure service solutions offered in Turkey are in line with the global systems.
• Monitoring BKM rule changes, analyzing the impact to the existing cards systems and managing the system development project and engaging with regional IT and operations teams to build the project request, business and functional requirements.
• Translate the project related documents in between Turkish-English where necessary.
• Coordinate with BKM, Visa and MasterCard to identify product development needs and ensure to be in compliance with their rules and services.
• Support credit card process development efforts
• Have an end-to-end understanding of the project requirements and lead the project from beginning until it is fully completed.
• Report to Commercial Cards product manager.


• At least 5 years’ experience in Cards area.
• Very good understanding of technical requirements of Commercial Card business, authorization flows, clearing and settlement.
• Previous cards associations’ exposure would be an advantage.
• Experience with project management & business analysis.
• Turkish and English are must, as documentation and meetings will be in both languages.
• Project management skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Understanding project management life cycle is a plus.
