A reputable and well-established medical device company is actively recruiting a business development manager for their team in Turkey.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
• Maintain good relationships with business partners and potential clients.
• Perform market research and analysis.
• Stay updated with trends, news, and events.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only candidates currently based in Turkey will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience within the medical devices industry.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and executing business opportunities.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
