A leading medical device company is actively recruiting a commercial lead for their Istanbul office.

Main responsibilities

• Leads the company's business in the country, with full responsibility for driving growth, market share, and profitability.
• Aligned with the broader market and cluster strategy, this role focuses on setting the local strategy, managing resources, strengthening key capabilities, and ensuring strong financial performance to support business growth.

Requirements

• Only candidates currently based in Turkey will be considered.
• Solid experience in general management with full P&L responsibility, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, healthcare systems, and regulations, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing environments.
• Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, focused on long-term, sustainable growth.
• Proven ability to build and manage strong distributor relationships through effective contracting and collaboration.
• Experienced in leading high-performing teams, encouraging innovation, and creative problem-solving.
• Skilled in building relationships and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capable of managing complex projects in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.
