SCHEDULE:
- Schedules on request.
- 2 hours per day for 5 days or 2 hours per week for 5 weeks.
CONTENT: Wage and salary administration in private and public organisations, total compensation systems, interrelationships among employee performance, intrinsic and extrinsic rewards, perceived equitable payments, and employee satisfaction, employee benefits, employee incentive programs.
At the end of the course, you should be able to recognise how pay decisions help the organisation achieve a competitive advantage, analyse, integrate, and apply the knowledge to solve compensation related problems in organisations.
