Compensation and Benefits Professional

The primary objective of this course is to provide an understanding of the process, issues and techniques involved in developing and administering a total compensation system within the school board. Participants will gain knowledge of the compensation function and its link to the human resource management system. In order to attract and retain top talent, participants need to know how to design a compensation system and understand its implications on workforce planning in order to increase organizational effectiveness.

Professionals with at least 2-3 years experience in the compensation and benefits field and HR generalists who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills in this important area of Human Resources.
