To be strategic, succession planning must also determine workforce trends and predictions. This module outlines a comprehensive, step-by-step approach to designing, implementing, administering, and maintaining an effective Succession Planning programme. This module uses a real-world case study capstone lesson to reinforce the learning objectives.
