Leadership Soft Skills

This course is designed in such a way to help everyone attending to improve those skills important for a leader and as a consequence, their interpersonal relationships. Everyone will have the opportunity to express the challenges they experience and describe how these challenges are an obstacle to effective communication with their teams.
