Due to its focus on relevant business skills, practical applicability, condensed and flexible format, and cost effectiveness, the Management Development Programme is hugely popular with organisations especially government and semi-governments in the region as a preferred in-house as well as open course solution to management development and learning requirements.
The open course is designed to suit people that work and is delivered on weekends and evenings so that it doesn't impact on working schedules The course is an intensive 3 month programme (approximately 112 hours) that covers 10 modules and all are 12 hours in length, designed to provide a practical understanding of the topic, its importance and application with the modern organisation.
Who should take this course
The Management Development Programme is intended for those who wish to gain the business skills provided by a traditional MBA programme without incurring the time and costs necessary to undertake a full MBA programme. It is ideally suited for current or aspiring managers along all lines of business, small and medium sized enterprise owners, and seasoned or budding entrepreneurs.
Eligibility
To register, candidates need to have at least 3 years practical experience and have a successful interview with one of our Directors or Partner. There are a maximum of 15 people in the classes to ensure good interaction between the students and the lecturer. Candidates must complete a minimum of 80% of the course to receive the certification at the end. There are no electives, all modules are mandatory.
