PFIs and Private Sector Finance

This course is for people who are new to the procurement process and the topic of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) / Private Finance Initiative (PFI) in general. It also provides a chance to explore and understand in more detail the key issues surrounding major public sector infrastructure projects and learn about the current guidance.

This one day course is an abridged version of the two day course offered in the Open Courses programme.

This course will enable participants to negotiate effectively within the PPP process, from finance to completion, and develop the key skills and behaviours for project and contract management.
