- 2 hours per day for 5 days or 2 hours per week for 5 weeks.
CONTENT: How team-building can improve cohesion, interaction, communication and work performance, activities and techniques used in team building.
At the end of the course, you should be able to identify team-building needs, understand the advantages of team building, choose and organise team building activities according to the needs and situation, critically analyse the outcome.
