At the end of the course, you should be able to differentiate leadership and management, explain the important role of business leaders in today's complex world, identify all the different types of leadership, design levers to the development of innovations, analyse what is expected from business leaders, create a plan to develop trust in an organisation, effectively communicate and interpret others, plan actions to develop other and oneself, list what it takes to become a leader and analyse how team building is related to leadership.
