Job description / Role
We are seeking a 360 degree HR Consultant to join our team and develop a new desk. The person we seek will fit into a small energetic team and be driven to deliver.
As an experienced HR Consultant , you will generate new business through sales activity and develop existing client relationships through flawless customer service. Your role will be varied and fast paced, liaising with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for the growth of your division and expected to develop your client base and attract candidates to support this.
Working with our company you can offer MORE than HR and will cross sell into all sectors of the business including Recruitment, HR projects as well as Workshops giving your clients a full HR service solution.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in the UAE
- Proven target and billings delivery
- Solid GCC Client List
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Business Development Experience
