Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential clients. Create and deliver compelling pitches to secure new recruitment contracts.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients and candidates.
- Client and Candidate Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide insightful advice to clients and candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, ideally with experience in a 360 recruitment environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Salary:
AED
4,500 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
