3D Architectural Visualizer

Job description / Role

We’re seeking a talented 3D Visualisation Architectural Artist with a strong skillset in the Real Estate / Property Development sector to lead the development of high-impact, interactive 3D visualisations for major property developments. You’ll be responsible for creating photorealistic models and interactive walkthroughs that support sales and marketing strategies across digital platforms.

You’ll play a key role in producing complete site visualisations like, showcasing individual units, statuses (sold/available), floorplans, roof and mezzanine toggles, furniture layouts, and spatial measurements fully hosted online for an immersive experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Convert architectural drawings and data into detailed 3D interactive models.
• Design multi-layered, interactive building walkthroughs for web integration.
• Render high-quality interior and exterior scenes.
• Implement toggles for unit features (e.g. furniture, mezzanine, roof).
• Overlay real-time sales data (e.g. sold/available status, unit numbers).
• Produce visualisations optimised for full web hosting and mobile interaction.
• Liaise with architects, developers, and marketers to ensure design alignment.
• Maintain consistency with brand and project goals.

Core Deliverables
• Interactive, layered 3D building models.
• Photorealistic architectural renders.
• Real-time site walkthroughs for websites.
• Toggle features (roof, floor levels, furnishings).
• Annotated units with dimensions and availability.
• Visual content for sales presentations and digital campaigns.

• Expert in 3D architectural modelling tools (3DS Max, SketchUp, Unreal Engine, Archi Viz, Blender etc.).
• Strong grasp of rendering engines like Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
• Proficient in building real-time models using Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Skilled in WebGL or HTML5 viewers for browser-based 3D hosting.
• Proven ability to create accurate, visually engaging architectural models.
• Experience translating floorplans into interactive web-based walkthroughs.
• Minimum 5 years in architectural or real estate visualisation.
• Portfolio with detailed 3D building models and interactive examples.

Bonus Skills
• Experience with CMS-integrated 3D hosting.
• Familiarity with Matterport, Three.js, or custom viewers.
• Adobe Creative Suite for marketing support (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of performance optimisation for web deployment.
