3D/CNC Laser Technician

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled 3D/CNC Laser Technician to join our dynamic team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining 3D and CNC laser machinery to deliver precise fabrication and cutting services essential to our civil engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and program 3D and CNC laser cutting machines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to execute tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize production processes and meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while handling machinery.
- Maintain detailed records of production outputs, machine maintenance, and quality inspections.

- Proven experience as a 3D/CNC Laser Technician or similar role within civil engineering or construction industries.
- Proficiency in operating and programming CNC laser machinery and related software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to company safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in Umm Al Quwain and adapt to project timelines.
