3D / Multimedia / Motion Graphic Designer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a 3D / Multimedia / Motion Graphic Designer who is familiar with the world of motion graphics, editing, creating special effects, interactive presentations as well as the newest trends of motion graphic design. This individual must have high proficient knowledge of the latest graphic and motion design software, plug-ins and technologies. The Designer is responsible for the concept and execution of deliverables that support marketing initiatives. The Designer will work alongside the design and development team to complete various multimedia interactive projects and will take a proactive role in the concept phase of marketing material development.

The Designer must be able to create attention-grabbing stunning visuals and multimedia presentations for the organization. The Designer will work on After Effects, Premiere Pro, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software for final renders for Print, Screen and Web. The right candidate will have meticulous attention to detail and be highly proficient in motion graphic project workflow, while bringing positivity and enthusiasm to a wide range of in-house projects.

• Design and production of 2D and 3D graphics, kinetic type, animated supers, background treatments, transition elements, type design and font selection, intros, end tags, animated logos, color keying and masking.
• Design and animate graphic elements to be used in video production, marketing and social media.
• Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, composition and typography in digital media and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of videography/photography and post-processing techniques. Understands, manipulates, color corrects, and edits RAW files to be used in all media.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills are required, along with a high degree of flexibility.
• Creative thinker to produce new ideas and concepts and planning of concepts by studying raw information and materials.
• Strong design style, conceptual skills including creative design solutions. 
• Solid understanding of deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Knowledge of what’s new in the world motion graphics.
• Creative passion for design and animation.

Requirements

Education Requirements: 
A Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in interactive, motion graphics and multimedia design or equivalent work. Advanced degree is preferred.

Working Experience:
Minimum of five years’ experience as a 3D / Multimedia / Motion Graphics Designer in a creative agency environment or in-house creative studio.

Industry Experience: 
Corporate (in-house) or creative agency.

Software Experience: 
Adobe Suite (After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) 3DMAX. Proficient programming knowledge of Action Script, JavaScript, CSS, and XML is an extra advantage.

Photography/Videography Experience: 
On location Videography/Photography, Photo/Video Retouching.

Project Experience: 
Interactive Presentations, Corporate Video Editing, Animations etc.
