Job description / Role
Product Knowledge of Lindner AG products
• Raised Access Floor
• Ceiling
• Partition
• Dry construction
Tender stage
• Support estimation department during tender stage with
• Quantity take-offs
• Price requests
• Preparation of renderings
• Review and Evaluation of BIM Models
Execution stage
• Prepare the shop drawings in 2D and / or 3D
• Modeling of Parts and Systems using Inventor
• Developing of Solutions by designing in Inventor, including presentations
• Prepare clash analyze reports
• Participation in design meetings virtual and in person
• Document control incl. drawing register maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors as needed
Requirements
Expertise / Occupational Qualification / Special Knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 Years work experience in an Architectural Industry
• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit and Inventor
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well-developed drafting skills
• Strong technical understanding
• Basic Commercial understanding
• Adhering to regulations
• Fluent in English
• Meeting targets and deadlines
