The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the resort
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with cooling and refrigeration systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of resort facilities
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries regarding HVAC systems

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certificate in refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC/HVAC) or a related field is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AC & refrigeration mechanic, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment
• Valid HVAC and refrigerant handling certifications
• Strong knowledge of AC and refrigeration systems and components
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
