AC Technician

Job description / Role

Main responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
- Troubleshooting - Diagnose HVAC issues and provide a suitable solution, which may include performing emergency repairs or recommending replacements.
- Preventive Measures - Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify and fix potential issues before they escalate, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Duct Works-Fabricate and assemble duct fittings and accessories for HVAC systems. Identify and repair leaks, blockages, or other issues in duct systems.
- Compliance - Ensure all installations and repairs are compliant with UAE local regulations.
- Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service by explaining the diagnosis and repair process to clients

- Proven work experience of working as an AC technician.
- Certification in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical customers and provide excellent service.
- Ability to diagnose issues with AC systems and determine the appropriate course of action for repairs.
