Position Title: Academic and Career Counseling Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE's public education sector.
Job Description:
• Preparing the annual plan for the academic and vocational guidance program and evaluating the extent of its implementation in schools through the reports of the domain managers
• Organizing indicative activities related to social responsibility and coordinating with the relevant community authorities
• Develop training programs that help professional academic advisors in schools develop students’ skills in making appropriate study decisions
• Develop academic and career guidance policies to help students identify their own inclinations, aptitudes and abilities
• Providing technical support and training to academic and professional advisors in schools in aspects related to academic and professional guidance
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• 45 years old and below
• With at least 2 years experience in the same role
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or MA in Education and Teaching
