Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this role is to support the growth of the MEO Accessories business through management of the accessories sales processes, marketing materials and product portfolio, and by engaging GM dealers to promote Genuine GM accessories. In addition this role will work with dealers, GM global accessories development teams, local accessories vendors to achieve the accessories strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management
- Manage the current MEO global accessories product portfolio with a focus on maximum re-use of existing GM accessories.
- Work with local suppliers to develop selected new accessories products to grow the accessories portfolio to meet unique local needs.

Marketing & Sales Promotion
- Develop sales and marketing programs to improve accessories sales.
- Develop accessories catalogues and other POS materials and displays for current products line up Chevrolet GMC, Cadillac in line with GM CI.
- Develop and manager accessories training for the dealers.
- Improve accessories processes at the dealership and share best practices.
- Lead and support accessories website and configurator development.

Accessories Business
- Manage budget forecasting and spending.
- Monitor dealer’s accessories orders and penetration.
- Develop appropriate stocking and ordering processes to manage inventories and cost of logistics for accessories.
- Work with dealers, suppliers and MEO Finance to ensure we have competitive prices and dealer margins.
- Work with local accessories suppliers, MEO Finance and Accessories Engineering to develop high impact local accessories.
- Manage approval process for adding a new product or product price changes.
- Evaluate market growth trends and make recommendations to support accessories strategy.
- Lead accessories research.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8 years of experience in the marketing, sales and service fields with knowledge of dealer operations.
- Understanding of the automotive business with focus on sales, service, planning and parts accessories.
- Understanding of the Middle East market.
- Experience working cross functionally with the GM field, marketing, aftersales, finance, IT, legal and management team.
- Experience in accessories sales, marketing or product development preferred.
