Account Administrator

Job description / Role

• Oversee software upgrades, patch installations and deployment of additional modules, troubleshoot all aspects of the X3 system and provide help desk monitoring and support across all Sage modules (Sales, Purchase, Finance, AR/AP Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing).
• Design, implement, and maintain ERP reports, assist with application software upgrades, integrations and database maintenance, develop and configure the organizational structure and ensure data upload for A/C opening balances, stock and ledgers.
• Implement new processes, test setups and analyze Sage module configurations to meet business requirements, support ongoing development of X3 applications and ensure system back-ups and recovery are verified.
• Lead Health Safety and Environment (HSE) initiatives, ensuring safe systems of work and conditions, perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Position Title: Sage Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor s degree in Information technology or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Management (Sage X3) Administrator
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Windows Server
