Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Handling Utilities at company Level:
- Receiving and Distributing telephone invoices
- Updating excel and preparing JV
- Ensure timely payment.
- Prompt Approvals taken as per Company policy on each utility invoices
- Providing list of numbers along with the cheque payment
- Continuous Follow up for the deduction with employees to get proper actual details for deduction
- Ensured and Deducted personal calls as per HR policy guidelines
- Clarified queries of the employees every month wherever asked
- Filing.

Regions Invoice and Customer invoice Booking:
- Receiving and acknowledging the invoices from regions.
- Accounting the invoices on timely basis in line with COA and procurement policies.

Invoice Booking:
- Down load Adnoc summary from Internet and send to region/dept. for getting approval and booking the invoice and arrange for payment.
- Sending Aramex invoice to regions/dept. for approval and booking the invoice and arrange for payment.

Preparation of Petty cash and PRO Exp Reimbursement:
- Collect petty cash vouchers from cashier on daily basis.
- Making entry of the same in petty cash module in SAP and process for re –imbursement.
- Collect PRO exp claim from Chandra/Sana and making JV in sap for the re-imbursement

Bank Receipt, charges, exchange, loss/Gain JVs Citi/UAB/FGB:
- Collect supporting for the Bank charges & exchange loss/gain transactions.
- Passing entry for the same after checking with bank statements.

Payment advices sending to suppliers:
- Upon the payment release informing the vendor about payment transfer.
- Arranging for renewed Trade license copies
- Providing invoice details along with the payment advice.

Month end Provisions Payable Related:
- Preparation of fuel provision-Adnoc & Eppco,
- Preparation of courier (Aramex) provision.

Any other finance task as per business recruitment, including handling reliever’s task. (With due support/guidance from the supervisors)

Requirements

- Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting.
- Should have Advanced Excel practical knowledge and confident on MS office
- Should have relevant educational background
- Should have good interpersonal skills, communication skills, a team player
- A UAE Driving License would be an advantage
