Position: Account Development Representative
Salary: up to AED 8,000/month depending on experience and qualifications
Other Benefits: Monthly sales commission – AED 3,000, Company car with Fuel & Salik, Medical Insurance, Annual air ticket with yearly 30 days paid leave, Annual Bonus

About the Client:
One of the leading F&B manufacturing and distribution company in the Gulf Region

Develop new business opportunities with individual accounts within the territory. Support customer representatives in growing the accounts, by increasing accounts dropsize. Manage the development of specific accounts within the territory.

Job Description:
KPA 1- Developing Business Strategy
• Follow up and activate unbuilt customers throughout the month to support telesales agents in volume achievement.
• Participate in negotiating and drive the execution of all CDA’s within the territory.
• Ensure that all the targeted accounts in the territory are compliance with the Pepsi-Cola merchandising and presence standards (model store)
KPA 2- Providing Territory Support
• Demonstrate selling techniques through joint calls with CR based on direction of KAM
• Actively participate in problem solving meetings with territory colleagues
KPA 3- Monitoring and Tracking
• Report to KAE/TDS new outlets and projects within their territory
• Monitor and report the conditions of Trade Assets (Coolers, POSM – Point of sale material and fountain machines)
• Monitor and report the activities of the competitors.
• Monitor and report the stock level for key customers.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Sales Commission - 3,000 AED + Car + Fuel

Requirements

• HORECA
• Fluent English required both spoken and written.
• Preferably fluent Arabic
• Verbal and written expression
• High integrity
• Sales experience with an FMCG company in a similar role for at least 2-3 years
• University degree
• Valid UAE Driving License
