A leading holding company is actively recruiting an Account Director for their Abu Dhabi office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for accounts.
• Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance, training, and performance management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Ideal candidate profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in account management within an agency environment. Multinational experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Middle East market.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results.
• Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
