Position Title: Account Executive (2 vacancies)

Salary: up to 16K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based agency specializing in exhibitions, brand activations, interior fit-outs, and MEP services, with award-winning projects delivered across the region

Job Description:
• Support client accounts from proposal to project delivery, assisting with coordination and client communication.
• Assist with proposals and RFPs, working with internal teams and external partners to gather inputs and documentation.
• Coordinate project execution, including timelines, deliverables, and on-site support during exhibitions and events.
• Maintain reports and documentation, supporting post-event feedback and overall account management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field with 2–4 years’ experience in exhibitions, events, or agency account support roles
• Must have a strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools, with strong organizational skills
• Experience in proposals, RFPs, and client coordination is an advantage.

Salary:
AED 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
