Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Manage the day-to-day jobs and facilitates communication with clients and creative teams to move projects through the agency workflow
• Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements
• Evaluates project requests to ensure all proper information is gathered at the beginning of the workflow, communicating with the client to confirm details and clarify questions
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client’s business, market, competitors, marcom mix and relevant media platforms
• Advise clients and identify growth opportunities, both for the client and the agency, as a result of your understanding
• Always be on top of marketing trends and innovations; understanding how to apply these to the client’s business
• Contribute to sales targets by generating and developing a sales pipeline to meet team’s target on the portfolio of accounts
• The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail - quality control of all work that is submitted to clients is essential
• Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updates
• Participates in professional development opportunities, as approved by supervisor, to grow expertise


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic an advantage)
• Must be able to prioritize a demanding workload and tight timelines
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit a professional ‘can-do’ attitude with the preparedness to roll sleeves up and ‘get dirty’
• Display a willingness to learn
• Problem solver - Ability and willingness to proactively research and/or solve issues
• Proven experience in traditional advertising/campaign: Print, OOH, POSM, TVC, Radio, adaptations etc. (experience in digital/social is an advantage)
• Understanding of global and regional digital trends, consumer behaviors on various platforms and emerging technologies
• Highly collaborative and eager to learn and contribute in a team environment
• Fun, outgoing, collaborative, team player is essential
