Job description / Role
We are now looking for an Account Executive to join the Workforce Solutions team. Working closely with the Account Managers and Account Executives, you will be responsible for the following:
• Develop a good working relationship with the client and attend regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract.
• Ensure that day-to-day operations are delivered within the agreed timeframes and escalate to the Account Manager any issues
• Coordinate and manage with Finance all of the invoicing required for all accounts, including following up payments
• Understand the day-to-day running and maintaining each account; this includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and establish / monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the contracts
• Ensure that individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule in order to meet the deadlines
• Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to the end client; recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and off boarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing and adhoc HR requests
• Assist the team in the application of employment visas and manage the process
• Assist the team in the application, renewal and cancellation of residence visas and manage the process
• Ensure that the Administrators follows up on information regarding passport and residence visa expiry and keep close attention to their immigration status and potential absconders
• Highlight any issues in the internal processes and provide solutions
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Good communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• A customer focused approach
• Knowledge of visa process and UAE Labor Law is an advantage
• UAE driving licence preferred
