Job description / Role
Transguard Workforce Solutions is looking for Account Managers to join their growing team. The role is to lead, manage and operate outsourcing solutions for key clients across the UAE. This client facing role is focused on sales, client management, operational excellence, managing support functions such as Recruitment, Employee Shared Service and Finance.
The Account Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of all accounts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a sales driven individual with a strong focus on customer service and operational delivery. Candidates must have UAE outsourcing experience and a strong track record of managing clients and HR projects.
