Job description / Role
International Product Design Company who specialise in product design and brand experiences is currently interviewing for business development/ account manager to join their new team in Dubai and help build the Mena region.
The ideal candidate will have firsthand experience with luxury brands, have a solid understanding of supply chain management and a passion to tell a story and take the client on a journey. This role is a combination of account manager of established clients and business development. The account manager component of this role requires the successful candidate to work with the client on current roll outs of products ensuring smooth production and delivery and feeding back to the design team. The Business development component of this role is building relationships inside the client to find additional revenue streams. The successful candidate will understand with product, the process can take time from the initial discussions, prototype, manufacturing and finally the end result. This takes patience and managing expectations.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 28,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

A candidate with luxury retail experience, or an account manager working with Hotel chains, Airlines or luxury department stores would be encouraged to respond. A marketing degree would also be a benefit but not essential.
