Employment: Full Time

We are looking for Account Manager for one of our clients, a leading Regulatory and scientific Affairs Consultancy, specialized in FMCG.

The purpose of the job is to Lead the development and ensure implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies while achieving total sales Targets and Objectives.

• Identify business opportunities and introducing new business channels and clients.
• Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customer (s) in line with business requirements.
• Ensure achievement of agreed Customer (s) targets.
• Ensure complete support in the development of Sales Plans, implement, follow up and update client plans.
• Customer relationship management: Approaching, communicating, submitting quotations, negotiating, issues handling etc.….
• Work on the project management system platform and ensure close monitoring and follow up of the project starting from quotation till invoicing
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
• Collaborate with peers technical/operation to share Customer best practices, liaise with technical, finance and to drive Customer related initiatives

Requirements

Minimum 3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially bottom line business results.

• Leads client development.
• Understands all sales process
• Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated
