Description:

Fetchr's continuing to grow and we're looking for Account Managers from E-Commerce or Logistics backgrounds to join our Account Management team. The Account Manager will be working closely with Fetchr's E-commerce clients and internal teams to analyse, review and ensure Fetchr continues to provide exceptional last mile logistics solutions. Based in our Dubai HQ offices the Account Manager will be pivotal in continued delivery of effective solutions for our UAE and GCC clients.

What you'll be doing:

- You'll be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with existing fetchr clients.
- Identifying and developing offer proposals in order to grow client forecasts and projections
- Support marketing campaigns and target clients.
- Analysis of technical services and identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiencies.
- Perform sales administration activities essential to developing revenue and improving client satisfaction in order to maximise the selling time and volume/capacity of shipments.
- Prepare reports through data collection and analysis.
- Ensuring client's services are being accurately billed for services provided to them.
- Work closely with sales, project management and operations teams to ensure customer success.

In order to succeed, you will:

- Be an experienced Account Manager with prior experience working in an extremely agile work environment.
- Have prior logistics and/or e-commerce experience.
- Be an excellent communicator, involved in daily interaction with clients.
- Have excellent analytical and Excel skills.
- Be sharp & proactive.
- Be keen to work in a high pressure startup environment.
