What you’ll be doing
- Making outbound calls to customers to ensure they are happy with their telephone and broadband set up and encourage long-term satisfaction
- Building trusting relationships with your assigned customer accounts, with a focus on improving retention and loyalty
- Answering inbound calls from customers and raising cases on our Salesforce CRM system
- Provide technical advice to Yo Telecom customers
- Understand and work to Company SLA’s
- Understand and develop knowledge about multiple technologies to better serve and retain customers
- See problems as challenges and find effective solutions that enhance customer experience
- Working as part of a wider team and taking part in Yo life
- Working hours will be Monday - Friday: 11am - 8pm
Requirements:
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- 1+ year minimum experience in customer service and administration
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts
- Knowledge of the telecoms industry or previous experience in technical support is beneficial
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Proactive and responsive work ethic
- A passion for people and business
- Creative thinking combined with problem solving skills

Salary:
AED
5000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
