ENTTEC is seeking an experienced and ambitious ‘Account Manager’ to join our team.
Role: Own customer relationships, grow revenue, solve problems fast.

Responsibilities:
• Manage portfolio of accounts
• Hit quarterly revenue and retention targets
• Respond to all inquiries within 4 hours
• Quote within 24 hours
• Train the mapped accounts on ENTTEC products as needed
• Identify upsell opportunities in every account
• Manage forecasting and inventory alignment with their demand
• Quarterly business reviews with documented action items
• Escalation point for customer issues. Resolve issues directly - no passing the buck
• Submit weekly report: revenue, quotes, meetings, at-risk accounts

What you will bring to the role:
• 3+ years of account management in AV, lighting, or technical products
• Can read a spec sheet and navigate technical conversations with engineers
• CRM discipline - if it's not logged, it didn't happen
• Contract and pricing negotiation experience
• Comfortable managing up - will need internal resources prioritised
• Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Willing to travel GCC/India
• Must have a local driving license.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
