Contract: Permanent
Salary: 7,000 – 9,000 AED pm + Quarterly bonus + Air Ticket + Insurance
Start date: candidate must be available to start immediately
As an Account Manager, you will manage clients and influencers from across the Middle East for both insydo & Brand Ripplr. Your job is to recruit, maintain an ongoing relationship and up-sell additional services. You need to be comfortable promoting and defending the benefits of influencer marketing.
The ideal candidate has a pleasant, business oriented personality, is a hard worker and is social media savvy. You must be relationship oriented and put a high value on customer service. You thrive in a fun and competitive, yet team oriented environment.
Requirements
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in sales and account management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Previous experience in a subscription oriented account Management role
• Social media & Digital advertising experience
• Proven track record
• Impeccable verbal and written skills (Arabic & English)
• Proficiency with CRM tools (example: Hub Spot)
• Ability to solve client issues calmly and speedily
• Organised
• A real team player
• Excellent references from managers to whom you have reported to
