Account Manager - Aviation

The Account Manager – Aviation is responsible for maintaining, retaining, enhancing and growing revenue across the Commercial Contract Management Team. To form strategic partnerships with all current and potential clients, focusing on aviation sectors and other relevant parties in order to ensure sustained delivery of substantial and consistent growth.

The Account Manager – Aviation will be expected to positively contribute to enhancing, growing, retaining and improving a number of strategically important customer contracts. This will be achieved by enthusiastically advising, guiding and monitoring operational contract management teams delivering high quality, best in class services in line with Transguard’s Vision and Values that meet and exceed our Transguard Group Customers service delivery needs, requirements and expectations.

This is a crucial role requiring strategic, tactical, technical and commercial knowledge and experience, understanding all of the services delivered to our customers. The Account Manager must be able to engage cordially and professionally engage with all Customers and internal Business Unit management teams.

The Accounts Manager – Aviation, working with the Business Development team will identify, meet and propose Aviation related Services to new and existing clients.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate / Diploma
- Professional Certificates/Training
- Any other qualification related to operational and or technical team contract management
IATA or IOSH qualified
- Any project management qualification
- Minimum 5 years Managerial experience in Aviation related industry.
