Recruitment Agency - Account Manager & BD - British Recruitment Company
Must Have Own UAE Visa
We are a recruitment company for UAE and Saudi clients handling all industries across Management and Director level roles.
We have a strong Resourcing and Admin support team in place - but now want to improve our Account Management and Business Development department.
Looking for someone dynamic and with Recruitment Agency experience who can be pro-active and results focused - but doesn't want to do any admin any more! This is the role for you.
Salary: 5 - 7k AED per month total package plus uncapped commission on every placement.
No visa provided: Must have own visa
Salary:

5,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: with uncapped commission
Requirements
• Must have own VISA for UAE (freelance/ spouse)
• At least 2 years Recruitment experience
• Natural sales person - happy to be on the phone and networking
• Structured and well organised
• Results focused
• Passionate, hard working and positive attitude
• Happy to Business Develop to grow new clients
• Excellent Account Management with great follow up skills
