Job description / Role
As an Account Manager for Expertise.tv in Dubai Internet City, you will be responsible to build and develop relationships with business professionals and SMEs who join our platform and are looking to grow their business with facebook and video marketing activities.
You will be focused primarily on clients based in the USA, UK & Australia who have signed up to use Expertise.tv.
By providing business-growth solutions to them, that use facebook and video marketing strategies, you will establish long-term relationships with your clients. There is no cold-calling or requirement to generate your own leads.
You will be targeted on the number of successful clients you have under management.
Your focus will be on educating and helping your clients achieve their goals. As a technology business we are constantly developing the product to better meet the needs of our clients, so your role will be critical in connecting client feedback with the product team.
Responsibilities include:
- On-boarding & KYC of new clients as they sign up to Expertise.tv.
- Develop FB/video marketing solutions that effectively achieve their goals and create a minimum of 5x value for their business.
- Manage and achieve your KPIs and targets.
- Conduct educational webinars on a weekly basis.
- Identify and manage affiliate/referral opportunities arising from your clients.
Requirements

Facebook and/or video marketing experience is a huge advantage.
A track record of being able to manage oneself in order to achieve defined goals is imperative.
A natural relationship builder, comfortable over-the-phone or on video-call.
