Job description / Role
Excellent opportunity for creative and design orientated marketing, account management and sales professionals to join one of the largest retailer and distribution clients in the GCC region working with some leading consumer brands based in UAE.
Previous experience of product customization or bespoke design would be an advantage. Ultimately if you are passionate about lifestyle brands and possess the skills to create, market and present product lines to different markets then this is the role for you!
Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Digital:
Setting direction for social media content strategy, annual calendar, monthly featured products to support the commercial direction, etc (content creation, design & copy is handled by our internal designers but someone to head them and set direction). Launching product campaigns on social media platforms (with the help of Ecommerce) on new product releases and following up on ROI. Sourcing and managing suitable social media influencers for product campaigns.
Trade Marketing (to best support KDR & IR):
Develop ideas and creative concepts to assist in sell out. Visual merchandising experience, visit KDR and IR stores to check how best to display the product. Rolling out POSM across all channels, maximise brand awareness. To be organised enough to track expenses and monitor impact and ROI on such roll outs. Participating in the right exhibitions for brand awareness and new opportunities. Handling the project from A-Z.
Branding & Training:
Managing brand identity to ensure standardisation and same look and feel is followed through across all channels. Developing brand guidelines wherever necessary as we grow bigger. Handling creative briefs with agencies or in-house team. Innovative with design thoughts.Develop training manuals of the brand and new products. Hold engaging training sessions with internal and external staff (KDR). Evaluate the staff’s product knowledge at the end of each session.
