Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, with a primary focus on the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) segment and additional oversight of wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of proven sales experience in the rice category within the HORECA sector in the UAE, demonstrating strong market knowledge, client relationships, and strategic sales abilities.

• Develop and manage sales within the HORECA and wholesale segments, with a strong emphasis on HORECA accounts
• Maximize volume and revenue in the current key accounts
• Responsibility for acquiring new accounts in the UAE
• Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term customers
• Provide input into the setting of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically targeting the HORECA segment
• Strong existing network within hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional clients in the UAE
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
