Job Title: Sales Manager – Blue-Collar Recruitment

Location: Dubai | Type: Full-time

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition and sales in the blue-collar recruitment services space. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manpower or recruitment services. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, pitching recruitment solutions, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships—especially for GCC market needs.

• Proven B2B sales background
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of GCC recruitment
• Self-driven & target-focused

Experience:
• Sales: 6 years (Preferred)

Salary:
