Accountant

Job description / Role

Accountant (Abu Dhabi, Microsoft AX)

• Prepare financial entries related to Accounts receivables according to company's policies & procedures & IFRS.
• Monthly reporting of the aging analysis reporting.
• Assist in collecting customers dues and reduce DSO.
• Provide necessary information to internal & external auditors.
• Archiving the documents as per company polices & procedures.
• Booking the vendor invoices and perform three-way matching.
• Assist in preparing the monthly payment.
• Booking transaction at the ERP on daily basis.
• Support the month end closing procedures.

Requirements

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree as minimum, professional accounting qualification is preferred
• Arabic language is highly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar Accountant role
• Knowledge of cost accounting of projects specially the service-based projects
• ERP - Microsoft AX is a must have
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting and VAT
• Excellent communication skills
