Accountant

Job description / Role

Our client is a professional group with global experience.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Perform other day to day finance functions like preparing Daily Cash Reports and Posting Month End Journals & Accruals/Prepayment in final accounts.
- Responsible for Inter-company Reconciliations & Perform Payroll functions.
- Responsible for Handling Corporate Bank Accounts including day to day payments run, handling funding requirements of the entities and preparing the Monthly Cash Flows.
- Responsible for Preparing Monthly Consolidated Management Packs for the Management Review.
- Ensuring all audit requirements are documented on timely basis and deal with Auditors.
- The preparation of monthly & Annual Financial for Dubai Subsidiary & Consolidated Final Accounts.
- To assist the Financial Controller and work closely with other colleagues to ensure that all the deliverables are met, within the stated timelines.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

- The ideal candidate is someone who has 2-5 years experience that is ACA qualified and can deal with a high pressure environment. Either trained as a chartered accountant, eager to make your mark in a high performance culture. Must have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
