Job description / Role
A member of the disbursement processing team, handling all Final Disbursement aspects. The following tasks will be attended as assigned and allocated by the Supervisor
• Final DA scrutinizing and processing
• Checking and validation of tariffs, agreements, contractual rates
• Ensuring that all costs are supported by official receipts
• Ensuring calculation of correct ROEs for billing
• Ensuring to adhere to client instruction
• To keep the quality of the FDA in terms of presenting the FDA invoices, FDA comments on variance and calculation against each cost
Requirements
• Shipping industry background with experience in processing Disbursement Accounts
• Minimum Degree holder with Accounting and Finance background
• Good communication skills
• Preferably working in UAE on transferable visa.
