Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Perform and produce monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and other schedules, including budget versus actual analysis by workday 10;
• Assist with and coordinate the completion of year end audits for the allocated portfolio/tasks in conjunction with the audit firm appointed;
• Prepare timely monthly/quarterly VAT returns;
• Automate all the manual processes in SAP;
• Prepare month-end bank reconciliation statement and ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance;
• Manage all the accounting ledgers on a daily basis;
• Ensure customer and supplier accounts are always reconciled;
• Train junior staff for areas where they need trainings;
• Meet internal/external stakeholders and conduct the meetings independently;
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential;
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;
• Ensure there is no misappropriation in the accounts by continuously keeping eye on the allocated and unallocated tasks;
• Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend proposed solutions to senior management;
• To attend key meetings with internal/external stakeholders and lead the finance related discussions;
• Establish and maintain relationships with operations, ensuring their requirements are being met and fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Undertake continuous professional development and keep up to date with all technical accounting and industry specific knowledge/legislation and be able to deliver training to team members on these developments / changes;
• Assist Line Manager for any assigned task

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduation in Accounting + Professional qualification CA, ACCA, CPA.
• System Experience: Ideal to have SAP Business experience, advance excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English (writing+speaking)
