Job description / Role
• Facilitate the adherence to the organization accounting procedures
• Maintaining financial records,management of cash flow and accounts reconciliations
• Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements
• Prepare financial reports Undertake preparation of accounts for audit and facilitate the adherence for accounting procedures
• Be responsible for generating financial and management accounts
• Conduct periodic bank reconciliations and maintain records on file
• Weakly report on each business flows and does the reconciliations.
• Establish financial tracking and monitoring system for accounting of organization funds
• Continuously improve systems & procedures to enhance internal controls to satisfy audit requirements
• Responsible for all hard and soft financial documents.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management Board
• Must have knowledge on VAT.
Requirements
• Degree in Business field such as Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge in at least one Accounting System, QuickBooks
• 2 years in Accounting function
• Should have knowledge on Pashto, Urdu/Hindi and English
• Knowledge of UAE VAT requirements and regulations, income tax and other statutory regulations
• High sense of initiative and personal motivation
• Ability to work extra hard and deliver results
